CWCSA Pty Ltd offers comprehensive service and support 24 hours, 7 days a week. We can service and repair all makes and models of weighbridges/scales. We are SABS and NRCS accredited to unlimited capacity, which means we can calibrate, verify, repair and maintain your weighbridges/scales on site. We have an extensive network of highly skilled technicians ready to carry out all of our works throughout South Africa
Service and Maintenance Contracts
Not all businesses have the same requirements. We will work with you to provide a solution that meets the needs of your business, your budget and your industry.
We offer Weighbridge maintenance & service contracts, which are for 4 visits per year and include all labor, traveling, technical support and break down. You pay no labor on any repairs either and you get calibration certificates at every visit with reports of any weighbridge/scales that are in need of repair etc, as well as preferential rates on new weighbridges. We will also provide you with a complete maintenance program of necessary inspections and preventative maintenance at fixed annual rates.
We can tailor our service contracts to meet your requirements with our Full Service & Maintenance Contract option as an affordable option with add on benefits. The option offers unlimited maintenance hours labor and repair and replacement of all equipment from trained technical staff. THERE WILL BE NO COST TO THE CLIENT. This option may also help fix budgets for maintaining your weighbridge equipment. Also our Plain English Service Agreements provide preferred customer response times on service calls. Our IT DEPARTMENT offers remote support for software via modem to all off South Africa and Sub-Africa. Please contact our IT Department for an obligation free evaluation of your requirements. With our expertise we can also help with the interfacing of your weighing equipment to other equipment within your business.
